You feel the burn and its a very good app if you want abs good app getting abs already.!
The pros: you have a visual of how to do the workout, a voice to guide you, written instructions AND you can adjust the reps, rest, type etc and also save it to really tailor your workout. It feels like my psycho trainer training me at the gym. Cons: a few ads in between, but tolerable. It doesnt come in during workout. LOVE IT!
Was going to use and make a review before and after with result but after I clicked on the app and actually looked at a few of these workouts I feel they are slacking a bit. Nice that it allows you to okay your music through app, nice that it shows you how to do the exercises and does them with you.... But I still cant help but feel its slacking. Not for me but probably for other :)
The ten minute workout is not creative, and not a good mix of exercises. Id rather do a YouTube 10 minute workout.
the 6 pack circuit is great I can see signs and it makes me feel healthier everyday!

Cmon, the voices and instruction are horrible. Dont waste your time!!
The personal trainer approach this app attempts appeals to me. But the fact that on sided exercises the sets only cover one side of your body is highly problematic. Once they get this fixed, the app will be top notch.
I always need a visual when being shown how to do a workout or position to do a specific workout. This app has it! Def going to upgrade, way easier then just you tubing each set, and it counts and keeps you motivated. Thumbs up.
